March 6; it was a day of firsts

Day 30

First number one:

Today I saw clear skies for the first day in Beijing. It was absolutely beautiful.

First number two:

I received my first short message (or as Canadians call it, text msg) in Chinese. I deciphered 7/9 characters. I think I’m becoming more Chinese.

First number three:

I bought healthy food at the market for the first time -- I usually buy junk food. I’m gonna try making something healthy with the veggies.

I love have I'm still able to have good firsts.
